RETURN COSTS
An exception applies to refunds in the form of vouchers. In this case, there are no return shipping costs. This option can be selected in the returns portal.
Returns from other countries
- PESO does not provide a returns label for returns outside the countries listed above.
- In these cases, customers must bear the return costs themselves. We recommend returning the parcel insured to the following address:

GERMANY - For returns from non-EU countries, it is mandatory that they are properly declared as returns. Please note that we do not pick up shipments from customs and do not cover any customs fees. If customs fees are incurred upon delivery, we unfortunately have to reject the return.
For worn or washed items, there is no entitlement to a refund of the purchase price or an exchange.
The item must be in its original condition and returned with all associated labels.
The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same means of payment that was used to place the order.
The processing of a return can take up to 14 working days.
