If part of your address is missing or there is a typing error in the address, please contact the customer service (info@pesoclo.com).
However, we can only change the delivery address if the package is not yet in transit and you have not yet received a shipping confirmation.
If the package is already on its way, you can change your address yourself via the tracking link. The tracking link can be found in the shipping confirmation.
Please note that this is only possible as soon as the package has left our warehouse and has been scanned by the shipping service provider.
